 I guess Judy Cary told her ficticious story to this neighbor to get her to write on Ripoff Report. Desperate to make up phony excuses & outright lies. Judy Cary made NO EFFORT to ship me the puppies I paid for, I also paid for their shipping. If she was honest....why didn't she refund me my money??? She kept the puppies, kept my money & even kept the shipping money. How is that fair? She refused to reply to my e mails, messages & phone calls. BEWARE of this woman, she might do the same to you, she is NOT honest. She is a rip off artist. Use extreme caution if you ever have any dealings with this unethical breeder.

 I  have never seen any anmail abbuse of any kind with her. I'm her neighor of about 20yrs...NEVER had a problem.  And know that this is NOT what happened and I'm know she can't get this taken down...,so I'm going to let you know what happened...I do know what went on with this sale, for I made 4 trips, with her to ship the pups...the only airline that was shipping to her was on Strike and wouldn't take them. Even when she told her they were off..they were on 1 side off the boader but not the oher so won't take the pups then. She did all she could, was willing to pay for larger cartes and get new Health cert., again, but the order was cancled. ( And I should say, Judy has shipped before, to her, even thow the wrong amount was sent and she was owned money due to the exchange rate).  agreement was with she was to send the differncee, with money for these pups. She just did the same with the founds that were sent, for the next set of pups. we contacted The State of Fl. to see what the law was on this.. was told that she had done everything she had to and that with the worng amount and the what she had all ready spent trying to work with her...she had done all she had to. This perason, dose this with other breeders and she will post a bad review, if she dosen't get what she wants. It is hard to fight something like this. I have seen Thankyous, sent to her for going out of her way and for the pups that she has sent out. And been there when she has handed pups over and seen how happy the people are. I all have seen where she has given pups to kids with Cancaer. I just thought you should know this, before you think Judy would rip off anyone.
