Rising Phoenix Mastiff Rescue "Trisha' They sold me a badly neglected dog, refused to pay for, or reimburse me for her veternary bills Union gap, Washington

My complaint is against Trisha of Rising Phoenix Mastiff Rescue, and Rising Phoenix itself for selling me a very neglected dog, Buffy, who was delivered to me filthy, foul smelling and with several health issues (eye infection, badly infected ears with black, tarish "gunk" oozing out, and three month old metal stiches still intact) and behavioral issues for $250, and telling me she was healthy. 

Trisha and Rising Phoenix also refused to pay for, or reimburse me for Buffy's medical care. In addition, when Buffy bit me (out fear and past abuse, I'm sure) when I attempted to pick her up and put her outside (after catching her squatting), I asked Trisha if they would provide me with training so I could learn how to deal with Buffy's behaviors, Trisha told they could not, and if I returned Buffy, they would euthanize her. 

This is a horrible organization who is neglecting the dogs they have so-called "rescued". I have also filed a complaint with the BBB however Rising Phoenix is not a member which is no surprise. I feel strongly this organization is profiting from abuse and neglected dogs and need to be investigated and put out of business. Even worse, is they are also neglecting these animals. I have supporting documentation - vet bill, numerous e-mails between Trisha and myself.
