They continue to levi my bank account and say that I owe them over 15000 dollars after telling me that I have paid in excess of 163000 from the beginning of this FRAUD and yet nothing seems to ever be done about the FACT that this is a FRAUD case and I am the one being punished for it.

A common story. CPS has way to much unchecked power to destroy and zero accountability. My experience with Riverside CPS is a certain scammer collecting welfare in multiple counties and appearing to recieve protection from them. She knew my name and address and other info  after breaking into and occupying my home while I was overseas and claimed me in paternity of her children. The official protection afforded to the scammer who comitted a series of crimes is yet another subject. San Diego collectors were able to figure out in minutes that this was fraud and left me alone. Riverside is different. After 7 full days of costly lawyer time sitting in court, being heard dead last case only to have the county request and recieve a continuation, my passport and driver license siezed, paycheck garnisheed,  being put out of business and nearing loss of home (as sole supporter of my real family) unable to attent to my family and business affairs overseas, and with the county, knowing all along this was fraud...my atty was able to get the court to demand something called "evidence" from the CPS. Naturally there was none, just the CPS grinding tactic against the innocent to enrich themselves and punish certain demographics.  As a non-protected demographic I strongly suspect racist and sexist elements IMHO were in play by a government entity dominated by "special favored demographics" such as angry minority women. Dragging and resisting all the way, CPS was compelled to release their hold on my driver license and passport. Years later I again needed to get professionals involved due to a continued lien against my home by the county and other negative reporting they tried to maintain against me.  Again as in the earlier story, nothing was done to the minority woman scammer, and she appears to have been the recipient of official protection in addition to lots of $ from the system and from her identity fraud against myself and friends of mine who had documents in my home that she occupied, and the sale of my personal items in a garage sale while she occupied my home claiming my identity and creating an identity as my wife and mother of children I never had. Officials were much less than helpful and refused to even enter the VIN# of several collectable motorcycles she sold out of my garage into the hotlist.

Christopher, perhaps I can connect you to the fine gentleman who handled my case with Riverside CPS. He's a local attorney. He's not a family law guy but as a friend he really pulled my fat out of this fire. Best of luck with anything to do with Riverside county. To get some idea of how things work here, the reader is urged to look up the legal precedent for suing a police department from outside it's county. It comes from a case where Murrieta PD officers raped children and the RIVCO judges blocked the victims from suing, so the lawsuit proceeded from outside RIVCO.
