Riverside Transport (aka) RT   I became a victim of their scam and unfair practices of their lease purchase program Owensboro, Kentucky

Riverside Transport out of Owensboro, KY over all is a good company.  And I was making great money in the beginning bit over time the miles dropped.  First off like most drivers I see there ad on the Internet about a lease purchase program,  my first mistake.  I was told I was gonna geta new frieghtliner evolution,  I was gonna make this and the company had plenty of freight and it was a very successful program.  Well its not and may be to some.. if your gonna scam someone out of thousands you dont make it obvious your doing so, so you take a few out of the fleet and go to work on there wallet sometime after the probation time, this pushes the driver into termination of the contract. Brilliant plan, the driver pays for the fuel, permits, insurance good luck getting a copy of the policy.  And escrow for future repairs,  ext. When you sign the con it clearly says your a contactor, not a lease contractor.  But heres the good part, riverside doesn't own the trucks, ryder does. In other words the trucks are sub leased. Riverside transport aka RTI , doesn't carry insurance for your investment.  Yes investment,  your leasing to buy right? Say what if, ryder said screw ya or rti falls into debt and ryder decided they wanted there trucks back.. guess what  that make believe insurance that rti has will not cover the money you already invested or the remaining value of your investment.  I worked for these guys several months, I made pretty good money. My first drop in miles was my 4th month into it. My miles dropped by 500, so I complained.  2 weeks latter they dropped by 1000, ok its time to worry.. Note I never turned a load away, now im in the hole. I worked nearly 5 weeks no paycheck cause I was in the negative. . I didn't put me there, they did.  And I did complain and I tried working it out with them but they wasn't interested.  I had no choice but to terminate my contract,  lets not forget I been told on many occasions that I wasn't auth to go here or there, and if I was a contractor then why is the truck im leasing have : operated by riverside transport :? Its because they dont own the trucks, so there for your treated like a employee,  being a contractor, paying there bills and leasing a truck is not a employee. . Its a contactor. There for its against the law, look it up. Class action suit CR England. . Lease program,  swift to. Im out of thousands,  and a lost investment for what.. to line the pockets of who ever came up with this idea.. and another thing there is lease laws, RTI broke 3 of them. Im still with in the statue of limitations. . I plan to file a complaint with the consumer relations of kentucky next week, after getting there report back after there findings I plan filing a civil action suit against RTI, I nearly lost everything because of these guys.. I warned them before they even hired me, dont play with my money and dont screw me.. and here we are, im not scared of there corporate lawyers, fact is fact and I have all documents plus the candy contact I signed.  I also have text messages from dispatch in owensboro to hold my claim, voice recordings of the two females in the office who draw up the lease, I recorded the intire orentation. . Its time to put people like this out of business,  the economy is to messed up to be playing with someones hard earned money.. here's my suggestion,  to anyone at rti. You know what ypur doing and you know its not right, I suggest you give me a call or email me with regards to settle this thing, if not I will see you in court. Dont expect a settlement,  im not interested in talks once this thing gets going.. if I have to file suit im going all the way. 

So to all you out there,  be warned. . Dont be a victim like me, your at random and its not worth the gamble. They will break you. If you need proof I will be glad to show you.
