RNC Agency fraud, bill in advance for services never rendered, over promise and no delivery Denver, Scottsdale, Vancouver, London Arizona

I had the tremendous misfortune of engaging Keith R. and RNC Agency on a critical job for a major client of mine. I got calls every few days after Keith had sent me the invoice (in advance) telling me how excited he was to get started and how this job would take only a few hours as it was just touching up a piece I had already done. 

About a week later I decide, against my better judgement to pay the invoice and see what RNC Agency could do with my design. Worst mistake ever! About the only product they seem to actually crank out there is missed deadlines and excuses. I received 7 assurances and deadlines all together after I paid them and not a single time did they apologize for not hitting the deadline or offer any sort of make good for the meetings I was having to cancel due to their incompetence.

Unlike before I paid the invoice when Keith was all too happy to chat and engage with me, after two weeks of missed deadlines and radio silence I try to call him and of course, voice mail every time. 

It's now been almost a month and a half since RNC Agency stole my money and ran. Keith has now unfriended me and won't respond to my requests for a refund. Basically I am screwed so all I would tell anyone who has the misfortune of coming across this con man is

RULE NUMBER ONE...DO NOT WORK WITH RNC AGENCY!

RULE NUMBER TWO....Hire any other firm,  ideally one with actual work and clients on their website instead of fake office locations that don't actually exist

RULE NUMBER THREE...If you get an invoice from Keith R. from RNC Agency, tear it up or set it on fire because the guy has absolutely no soul.

RULE NUMBER FOUR....Take one class in photoshop for three hours and you will likely be just as skilled as the crack staff over at RNC Agency.

RULE NUMBER FIVE....If you still want to hire RNC Agency, please seek professional help because the only thing they will give you is an invoice in advance for work they will never do.

Basically what I am trying to say here is RNC Agency is the worst design firm ever. Keith is the worst vendor I have ever dealt with in 20 years of business.

RNC Agency needs to go away.
