I ordered a Macbook Pro motherboard off RnR Computer's ebay store that was supposed to fix a graphics issue that existed in the generation of the laptop I had. After receiving it and installing it, the computer still did not work properly. I contacted RnR Computers for their help to figure this out and after troubleshooting it with him, the computer still didn't work. He offered to fix it for me if I sent it in. So I did. It has now been over 6 months since I sent it in and I have yet to receive it back. The first excuse was that they had to wait for parts to arrive. The second excuse was that I didn't pay for the service. After confirming I did pay, there was a third excuse which was that international shipping takes some time to work out. It has been a month since the third excuse. I don't know if I will ever receive the computer again.

Communication is terrible and he never once gave me an update on the status of the computer unless I asked him at least twice for it. I do not trust the company and will never do business with them again. I recommend you stay away from them and find another service provider/company to work with. One more trusting.
