I see all kinds of complaints about this company(roadloans.com) (aka. Triad Financial), and I dont understand. I have been dealing with them for almost two years and have nothing but nice things to say about them.

First off, people putting in a rip-off report because theie car got repossessed because of non-payment....What did you think would happen? Just because your car breaks down does not mean you dont have to pay the bill. Thats not rocket science.

Companies like these are at a high risk from the start. They give people with little, no credit, or bad credit help in getting cars. Sure they give you a high intrest rate (18%) but pay your bills on time, everytime, for the entire duration of the loan. Not only will you gain equity in your car, but your credit improves. Then you'll be able to get loans with not so high intrest rates.

This company had an inspector completely inspect the car before they approved the loan. The man physically came out and went over it, took pictures, and even required that the car was under 70,000 miles. Sure its good for them to make sure they can possibly get money back by reselling the car if you default, but at the same time you get a good dependable ride.

I used this company to get my 2003 Dodge Durango. I had a bankruptcy from a prior marraige and my credit was garbage. I paid 10000 for the car. My payment s are 255 a month. Intrest was 18%. Im on my second year with them, no problems. Pay your bills on time. My credit is improving more and more. I have reccommended this company to people who have recieved loans from them, and will continue to. The people I had refferred have no complaints either. One of them was even denied the credit, but went through all the paperwork. The people are respectful, and very easy to communicate with.

Im not writing a ripoff report, but after seeing these complaints, I had to write this as my experiences have not been even close to what these people are reporting. Just pay your bills people...You wont get nasty phone calls and repossessed cars!

Ma'am and to all others reading:

I understand what you are saying ma'am. But because you lose a job, or someone dies in your family does not mean you no longer have to pay your bills. These people run a business, and they have given us loans that have to be re-paid. We signed a contract from these people, and that is it. I dont agree with them giving out personal information. That is wrong, and should be dealt with accordingly if that has gone on. But just thinl if the bills were paid to the business that gave you the loan, no-one would have to worry about any of the collection aggravation.

I myself am a recent servicemember, now disabled veteran. I too, ma'am have suffered poverty's along the way. I have a job am am currently out of work because of seasonal work. You move on to overcome lifes challenges. I had to go out and am now working four jobs to pay my bills. I have child support to pay along with the regular expenses incurred to live in todays society, along with my other bills (CAR PAYMENT, INSURANCE, CREDIT CARDS, so on). When things are bad you have to adapt an overcome. Not cry about how bad life is, and think you should be exempt from your obligations until things are comftorble for you.

In addition to me being laid off, I too had a death in the family, as well as cut my finger off at one of my jobs. So now I am out of work from all my job and am only recieving 400 a week from workmans comp. That doesnt cover everything, but there are ways to make ends meet. If I can make it work with the garbage credit I have, and the amount of expenses I have, there is no reason for anyone to have a problem. Sure things are tight. But the bills get paid and life goes on.

The only thing I can see bad about this company is if they are giving out certain information, that is wrong. Other than that, they are a good company and I would reccommend them to anyone trying to rebuild their credit and needs a vehicle.

So I am sorry ma'am, but i still dont see the validity of peoples complaints about the repossession and collection methods used. Pay the bills. If you lose a job, get a job, if that isnt enough, get another job. Even if it is cleaning the slushy machine at 711. And if you need to turn off your cable. thats a hundred a month extra to pay that car payment. Instead it seems that most will pay that cable bill so they can cry at home watching oprah, and typing on the computer about how bad they have it. They are ways to get through tough times. One of my Ranger School instructors once said in training after I told him a mission plan...."Make it happen!" And no matter how hard the task was, it got done. And all of you can do the same thing when paying bills.

I am glad it had worked out for you, but you should realize some things happen to people beyond their control.

I am very happy the loan is working out for you. However - may you not get struck with unemployment, an unexpected death of a spouse or loved one, or have a medical issue which pushes you into poverty.

It's funny that over 5000+ people have an issue with this company. Sure people make mistakes from the past can expect to pay 18+%, NOBODY is argueing that. However, if you lose your job and come down with cancer - SOMETHING has to give. May you stay in the best of health, not lose a loved one to the war in Iraq, have someone you care about come down with cancer, have a death of a child or lose your job of 25 years because of the economy.

May you never have those fake legal people at Triad call your employer, give out your personal information (yes social security number and bank information) to someone you do not know, or call one of your reference during a funeral and insist they answer their stupid questions. I have read everyone of the complaints, possibly you need to open your eyes and not preach until you have been put through the hell 95% of the people posting on here have.

I have NOTHING good to say about the company, I did not sign an arbritration agreement and will pursue them with or without the class action lawsuit.

Walk just one block in any of the despondent people shoes and you would wonder why you are preaching praise where it is not warranted.
