The Company representative falsely represented the medical coverage to be provided, when specifically asked if this was medical insurance. Also stated this was provided by a team of noted insurers like Aetna, American Trust life and one other provider. Another gentlemen who said he was the verifying supervisor called to confirm the credit card and give me a membership number and phone number. Sent $494 to sign up by credit card. The phone number on the card no longer works and another member services number is always busy. However, you still contact the original number but the individual that I set up the account with they tell me has been fired!!! I'm going to continue to call and try to collect a refund.
