We are most certain that we are not the first or the only individuals who got ripped off by Robert Allen Institute, with their false and deceptive advertisement on television claiming that they offer great opportunities in real estate.

We got carried away and attended their three day training program namely, "Creating Welth With Real Estate" from June 23-25,2006 in New York City. Each of us paid $2,995 up front towards the course.

On the first day of the training program, the speakers were trying to motivate us by telling stories about their family, how they benefited and gained success in real estate through the Robert Allen Institute, and that the aim of the Robert Allen is to help individuals attain great success in real estate through his training program. NOT SO! We learnt nothing on the first day but we were promised we would be given very valuable information the next two days.

On the second day we were given unrealistic information. When questioned, the speakers were unable to give logical or straight answers. By the end of the second day,Robert Allen Institute induced us to purchase other programs, such as "Deal-Pro with mentorship" and "J.J.Childers Asset Protection" at a cost of $5,995. This $5,995 was a specialif purchased that day, otherwise the price would go up if purchased on another
day. We realized that they were in the business of selling programs at exorbitant prices and not offering training in "Creating Wealth With Real Estate" as they claim to be.

We both realized that we have been taken and misled with their false adertisement. Their training courses had no baring on attaining success in real estate investment.

We addressed a letter to the Robert Allen Institute requesting them to refund each one of us the $2,995 as we gained nothing from their training course. It was a sham. The quality assurance manager Cindy Emily said to us that the refunds cannot be granted and that we should make the most of this opportunity. We were told we can call or e-mail to member advisers support group and ask as many questions as we wanted. Each time we called them or e-mail them with various question, they referred us to the websides to get our answers.

It goes without saying that after our
bad experience with Robert Allen Institute,
they are misleading, phony company, luring people to fall into their trap. Their are neither equipped, proficient nor knowledgable in real eastate. We can get more knowledge and benefit from books or even CD's on the market, for that matter.

WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!!!

We appeal to those who fell into a similar trap to place your complaint in this Rip-off Revenge webside about your experiences with Robert Allen and his company.

THEY MUST BE STOPPED!!!

Together we can succead in getting our money back and alerting the public to beware of their false advertisements.

True worthless scam

If you really want to purchase the worthless training materials just search on Ebay. They usually have many people dumping this crap, and the good part is that you can see it for yourself and not line their pockets.

I new something was FISHY!!!

AUTHOR: Aj - (U.S.A.)

I am glad I decide to investigate the legitimacy of the 3 day training before paying so much, but I would still like to purchase their training materials. If anyone is interested in selling them please email me at ajw@avi-corp.com. Thanks.

I went to the first initial 2 hour pre-conference last week in a hotel, at the end they tried to convince the 40 of us there to purchase the 3 day training class for $2995 as well.

Something did not seat well with me so I asked them if I could simply purchase the training materials only. Ofcourse they said absolutely not, I must pay the $2995 for the training.

I am so greatful for this website because it helps protect a lot of people. Please email me if anyone would like to sell the training materials asap.
