This is in rebuttal to the slander of agent Raymond. As an individual who has personal knowledge of the character and integrity of Robert Baldwin, I declare the comments made by agent Raymond are malicious lies. I was introduced to Mr. O'Neil by Mr. Baldwin in an effort to help me overcome large credit card debt. Mr. O'Neil purported to be able to dismiss this debt because he was personally known and respected by high officials of government in Washington. After six months, realizing that nothing was being done, Mr. O'Neil created out of thin air a concept called Injunctive Relief. Only people with Mr. ONeils' connections could enter and he had employed a prestigious Chicago law firm to act in his clients' behalf in Washington. When I called this Chicago law firm they had never heard of either O'Neil nor Injunctive relief.

At this point Mr. Baldwin started researching something called Novation a concept by which a person or company can assume a clients debt but abandoned the research knowing the problems that could exist without a legal department, which Mr. O'Neil knowing the risks assumed the undeveloped program on his own. The concept was unwieldy requiring Mr. O'Neil to perform certain tasks such as distributing funds raised by agents and sending these funds to the respective credit card companies. O'Neil did something else with these funds entrusted to him. At this point Mr. Baldwin withdrew his contact with O'Neil and starting working with other organizations in helping people that were JONA (J.O'Neil & Associates) victims. Mr Baldwin has helped hundreds of victims of which I know and have personal knowledge of over 20 clients and old agents of O'Neil crying for help. Mr. Baldwin has acted honorably in all my interactions with him. He has helped me greatly and I am saddened by this cruel and baseless attack.

The "Ripoff Report about Robert Baldwin" is bogus

Under the advice of my Attorney, the fallowing statement is in response to the Slander and Defamation of my company and character.

The person "Agent Raymond" has his story total misconstrued and is totally false. We believed that this is a personal attack upon Med-Resources LLC and Robert Baldwin of which is unsubstantiated.

It is believed that this personal attack stems from the beginning of a letter send to J O' Neil & Associates (AKA World Outlook) from a Attorney working with Med-Resources LLC and other companies representing clients that were reporting non-performance and breach of Novation Contracts of which they signed and paid in good faith.

The only Quote" Lobbying efforts for Credit Card Debt Relief" has been J O'Neil & Associates of which O'Neil called "Injunctive Relief" which has never to this day been substantiated.
