Judge Robert C. Jones allegedly has significant real estate holdings in homeowners associations (HOAs) which, in itself, represents a clear bias.
*Repeated deprivations of due process against illegal foreclosure victims.
*Repeated violations of implied right to honest services.
*He is a material witness to crime of perjury by an HOA attorney, yet refuses to recuse himself from cases which is blatantly biased.

I have yet to see one ruling in favor of victimized homeowners (illegal foreclosures by homeowners associations and/or banks).
