Do NOT do business with this man, or his company Extreme Properties, LLC. -Huntsville, AL. or a new office in Atlanta, GA. He will lie to you and steal your money!

On 1/25/2007, we gave him $2000.00, the very last money we had in the world, to purchase a home, on our behalf, with himself as a "private investor." He claims to be a private investor of owner financed properties.

The deal we had was that he would purchase a home that we knew of and then owner finance it back to us for up to two years, (with very sweet temporary monthly payback terms to him, which included an extra 100.00 per month above the payment to him for a "loan servicing fee", as well as 6,000.00 extra to him at the end of the deal) until we could refinance it in our own names. We just needed a little time to be on the job for one- two years (new to the state), before we could get conventional financing.

The contract clearly stated that if he failed to fund the deal, we were entitled to our money back, because it was considered "earnest money".

The time came and went for the deal to be closed with the seller. (Despite our repeatedly calling him and telling him the time limit for funding was almost up). Our contract with the seller expired, and he did not provide the funding to the seller to purchase the home, and then owner finance it to us, as promised in the contract. Which meant, since we couldn't provide the financing within the time allowed, the seller moved on to the next buyer.

Afterwards we called him repeatedly, as well as emailed him, as well as spoke with his daughter , who is the office person, in an attempt to get our money back. He would not return calls, until we threatened to sue, and then the message he left was only "I will pay you the money back when I get back into town." He supposedly is opening a new office in Atlanta, although the GA secretary of state site doesn't show him as a principal officer, it is the same company name, however.

Now as of 7/6/2007 (over 5 months since we lost the deal with the seller!) we still do not have our money back. For someone on limited incomes this hurts a lot! We have told him we need it desperately in order to try to purchase a home, with another finance source. He doesn't care! Currently neither of the phone numbers we have for him are reachable, they both say "unable to receive calls". At the daughter's phone number, we now can only leave messages, which of course he doesn't return calls.


We are reporting him to the local DA for his theft in a real estate transaction, as well as to the AL secretary of State regarding his LLC license. We are also reporting him to the better business bureau.

If you get referred to this man or his company, RUN, don't even walk ,as fast as you can. He is a liar, a thief and swindler! (Don't be fooled by all his "christian" talk either, it is just a front for stealing!
