robert cooper at pandoravip.new dinah i ordered two charms for my wife's Pandora bracelet. when i received the charms one was correct and the other was wrong. i notified Robert Cooper of the problem and he had a Dinah contact me with a 20% off discount on my next purchase.i do not want to purchase any items from them i just want to exchange charms so that i have what i ordered.. i am writing this report to let other people know not to deal with this company because if you have a problem they will stop contacting you and not care about customer service. *i ordered two charms for my wife's Pandora bracelet. when i received the charms one was correct and the other was wrong. i notified Robert Cooper of the problem and he had a Dinah contact me with a 20% off discount on my next purchase.i do not want to purchase any items from them i just want to exchange charms so that i have what i ordered.. the problem i am having with this company is that they want to charge me $15.00 to ship out the exchange charm when i have already paid the $15.00 on the original order that they shipped incorrectly. i want to exchange charms at no cost to me. after a month of exchanging e-mails they now will not return my e-mails..i just want what is due me. i am writing this report to let other people know not to deal with this company because if you have a problem they will stop contacting you and not care about customer service.*
