Came by sold pool, could not locate him after he vanished for a month, came back for 1/2 day then vanished again. Found 34 complaints on BBB and various negative information on internet regarding him. Now his phones are disconnected and will not return calls. Has our money and has not finished our pool. We are not sure if he will return or not at this point and if we have to hire someone else we will have to come out of pocket to finish.
Last time we spoke with him over a month ago, he mentioned he is going under, can not get his license renewed due to so many complaints and dropped the big B word-Bankruptsy. I know we are not the only customers in this situation due to this company.
