You will learn that Robert E Judge results show an astounding total amount of over !2,000 cases filed by this man --- yes Twelve thousand!!!! in 2011 alone he filed over 175 cases that I found 

In 2012 a huge amount of cases are being appealed by the victims. One common thread is that Riobert E Judge gets "default judgements" It means he gets "default judgements" because the victim he is placing a case against did not show up to defend himself. However the reason that many did not show up is because they were not notified or sent a summons but Robert E Judge and his servers fill out fake "lis pendens" which means they fill out and file fake affidavits of service that the person has been served while the truth is that they have not.

In these cases the victim has the right to VACATE THE JUDGEMENT since there was false statements that they were served and perjury by the parties (the attorney or the server that filled out and had these fake affidavits of service file)

Go to Civil Court with the case #, they will give you the file to copy, then go to the clerk and ask to file and Motion to Vacate the Judgement --- she will help you and it is free. You don't need an attorney and can do it on your own if you wish. The judges know how these collection attorneys behave and you will most likely win you case --- then report the attorney as well as the server. They need to be disciplined.

Just FYI these collection attorneys tend to file these judgements without any proof. The laws need to be changed to protect the public from such unethical behavior. Poor people do not need to be afraid. judges do not approve of attorney filing fake affidavits stating they sent notices --- if you did not receive it the reason is clear and simple ---- you did not receive it because it was NOT SENT!!!!
