Be very careful when considering working at Robert Half International / Robert Half Technology under Bill Peppler. MAKE SURE you ask yourself (and them) - why is the job open? How long have the people on the team been working there? Don't let them snow you by introducing you to the three people that have managed to stay with them for more than 4 years. (At the expense of others) At first glance things seem happy and people seem successful, this is not the case - when they walk you through the "bullpen" you will see the faces of people that are surfing the internet looking for their next job. (In secret) TURNOVER IS HIGH. I repeat TURNOVER IS HIGH. Each division at Robert Half International in Orlando is completely turned over at least once, if not 3-4 times per year. Internal hiring is almost a joke. They will hire (and fire) anyone at any time for any reason. If the manager's team loses on Saturday - he will come in Monday morning like his father died and take it out on the entire team.

Bill Pepplers management style is this "double standard". He leaves early, you leave late. He arrives late - but you better be at your desk no later than 8. IT'S ALL A DOG AND PONY SHOW - When Dan DeNisco (another carpetbagger) and Shannon Hurley (executive) come into town he all of a sudden arrives very early. What a joke. He takes off to a client at noon once per week and takes off the rest of the day. His employees however are "put on blast" if they ever take any personal days - even if just for family.

When hiring, they "try people out" and when they don't work they put them out on the street, and when they are successful, they fire them and all of those successful people's commission goes to...you guessed it - the Branch Manager Bill Peppler. There is something called a POC split that determines who gets paid on each deal. After they fire you (and they will) the manager goes in and takes your credit and distributes it to the team or themselves. This is downright UNETHICAL. Robert Half policy states that all that credit is supposed to go to the house. If the exec's knew about these under handed dealings these guys would be fired so quick.

All kinds of "under the table" and backroom "deals" go on in Orlando. For the time that I was there, I saw people trading cash for deals because it made both people rich to screw the company out of money. Furthermore, the Branch Manager Bill Peppler knew about everything that happened.

I personally know that every existing member of Bill Peppler's Orlando team would love another job. They have each discussed with me the "fantasy" of finding a job they love.

IF you enjoy being micromanaged (even if you are the top producer), stolen from, lied to, manipulated, bargained with, pressured into unethical dealings and told to your face that you are friends with someone then Robert Half Technology / Robert Half International is the place for you!

P.S. You better not have (or start) a FAMILY while at RHI - this is grounds for immediate dismissal.

Oakland RHI / RHT Branch is even worse!

It must be a RHI company policy to run the business like a MLM scam, where everyone in your "upline" gets your commission after they force *you* out. That means "senior recruiters", DD's, Branch Managers, etc. get paid "residuals" for your hard work!

And every time reps start getting close to meeting their min. goals, they raise the bar, so practically nobody can reach it. Fear, intimidation, lies, dirty tricks are their "modus-operandi".

Forget about going to the restrooms, or eating lunch. If you even leave your desk for a minute, they will give part of your account commission to your back-stabbing, boot-licking coworker, who takes a message for you when your client calls.

And they *require* a bunch of "work references" only so they can mine them for sales leads. Sneaky, underhanded and unethical for sure. All the while making unethical jokes about external clients.

Stand up and be proud!

In the last 12 months Bill has hired and fired twice as many people as he has hired......is it possible that all of these people were unqualified? Is it possible that all of these people had some sort of personality flaw? Is it possible that all of these people are un-employable?

I think a more logical solution is the LOWEST COMMMON DENOMINATOR = Bill Peppler. The one thing all of these people had in common is, yep, you guessed it Bill Peppler.

Bill Peppler at Robert Half Technology in Orlando is a business vampire. He hires you, lets you work 50-60+ hours per week (with no time off), then once you are running full stride he starts bearing down on you to produce more and more and more and more - it is never enough......then when you finally crack.....and all people crack with enough pressure and back-biting.....they fire you and take your commission stream that you built up. Not only do they take it, they laugh about it behind closed doors.

Before you accept an employment offer from RHI - do yourself a favor - ask 3 other staffing firms what is RHI's real reputation in the industry?

They are notorious for micro-management.

They are notorious for turn-over.

They are notorious for saying there ethical, yet dealing with others in an unethical fashion.

Bill Peppler is unhappy with himself. Ask him about his background....he will tell that he loves RHI, the truth is that he has a political science degree from UCF (worth a big pile of dung) and has been a professional staffer since he graduated. How many of you home viewers out there still work in the same occupation as you did upon exiting college? I am sure it is very few (with the exception of highly skilled professionals such as attorneys and M.D.s) of you. Bill knows about as much about technology as a monkey with a chalkboard. Good management selection there Dan DeNisco! Bill is slightly overweight, losing his hair, taking sleep meds, taking diet pills and therefore takes it out all who surround him professionally.

So then you ask how do all these people still work there? They brown nose there boss and submit to there every demand.

RHI will eventually fall, as have all giants in history. Yes they are fortune 500 and blah blah blah......WAKE UP PEOPLE....all that means is they produce profits......non stop profit producing........sometimes there profit comes from revenue they gain from clients, some the profit margin the show on paper comes from releasing employees who dedicated there lives to the company (thus showing less cost due to not paying a salary thus they show big profits to stockholders. )

Dan DeNisco by the way is the biggest joke I ever met. If he says the word "toolbox" one more time I think I might puke. He is the only tool in the box! I have heard that guy is married, but the funny thing is every time we are on a business trip I have seen him "late nighting" it with some random chick. Real family values over there at RHI. NOT!

Shannon Hurley is someone else who you will meet and Shannon is tough but fair. I personally like Shannon and have a lot of respect for her. She is Dan's boss. Funny she has been with RHI half the time of Dan and she is his boss. What a toolbag! (Dan)

RHI has excellent upper management (CEO, CFO, etc) but its middle management has survived in an unhealthy fashion due to promoting those who brown nose the most, not those who are the most qualified.

Bill Peppler is schlep rock. He is d****e bag. He is tool bag. He is a scum bag!
