Robert Hernandez ripped me off for the value of my car... $4500 on a 2003 Chevy Venture. I bought the car on 3/27/2011. Just as in all the other reports he made promises he didn't keep! I spent $4500 fixing the car with him promissing to repay me for all the expenses to fix and replace a transmission, brakes, tune-up, power steering pump and rack and pinion, and numerous other repairs to many to mention here.
I gave up trying to collect my money, took him to small claims court, WON, since he never showed up. Why would he? Having so many others reporting him for all the rip offs he comitted. He mooved from where he lived in Fresh Meadows and I am hoping that someone out there knows where I can find him now.
I know he's somewhere in Corona, Queens. Last thing I heard about he was working for his family running a spanish restaurant in Corona. Please help me put this guy out of business and pay back everyone he has ripped off.

How do you know he changed his name?
i know he has a bunch of DL with different addresses. I have a case too with the Queens DA. Anyway he is a piece of s**t.

This guy is a professional ripoff artist and thief. He knew he was going to commit scams from the very start, that is why he tried to change his name from Fernandez to Hernandez, and his birth date by changing the year he was born from 78 to 79. He's running out of time and freedom, there are too many people looking for him, and there aren't enugh rocks to hide under. I have his real SS # so it's just a question of time before he's finally cought. The DA has his name and number, and we have to keep pressing to get some action on this guy. So let the Queens DA know how he ripped you off.
