Robert Mahanes Advertising Services, Don Malatesta, Ms. Dickenson, National Advertising Center Dallas Fort Worth Scam, Deceptive Sales Tactics, Lies, Threats, Immoral Chatsworth California

Robert Mahanes with Advertising Services is (and has been) scamming the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex since at least 2009.  He hit dozens of businesses in the Mansfield area last September.  We are all still trying to deal with this scam!

He apparently works under the umbrella of National Advertising Center. Google that name and see all the reports you find from all over the country! All the stories are the same.  It is almost as if National Advertising Center trains these people to scam! Mr. Mahanes can't be in that many places across the country!

He is very good at what he does - Selling.  He just doesn't deliver.  

If you don't pay, they will sick Ms. Dickenson on  you.  She will call as a "collection agency", is very rude and will threaten you.  Then "Attorney" Don Malatesta (an office of 1, established in 1983 in California) will send you letters threatening a law suit. 

They have been known to get access to your checking account number and start drafting what they say you owe them! Even if you have never written them a check and charged your payments!  How can they do that?!

Please take the time to write your experience.  File complaints with your Attorney General, BBB and any where else you can think of. Notify your local Chamber of Commerce and put these names out there!  

The sad thing is that they prey on small Mom and Pop businesses who work hard on/in their businesses and don't have the time and resources to fight them properly.  I estimate, just in my small community, they have stolen no less than $75,000 from the back bone of America!

I would love to shut down both Robert Mahanes, Advertising Services, National Advertising Center and the law office of Don Malatesta! Do your part! Contact local t.v. stations, Dateline NBC, 20/20, 60 minutes - anyone that will investigate will find a great story here!  I guess we just need more people screaming to them about it.  Again, do your part!
