Robert Nelson Inc Instant job Fair,Mobile Fusion Chraged for a business that was suppose to launch almost 2 mos ago under the guise it would be making money boise, Idaho

I was invited to a webinar that he held.Stating that this was a viable business that was launching in 5 days.I joined on 10/28/11 being told that on 11/5/11 it would be a functiional business and we would be collecting money in 30 days from the idea that job seekers would be looking for jobs and he would have companies pay us 100 dollars to access these job hunters.No time on webinar did it give impression that this was not all in place tio happen.I paid $287.00 for pennsylvania territory and then was to be 60 a month to use 300o txt credits for businesses with any overage we pay extra for credits.


So he created a skype group and when I got on there it became obvious that this was not at all ready to go and we had to do alot of work yet.

I developed lymes syndrome and was struggling trying to pay medical bills 

I asked after I realized I was not going to be making any money on 11/23/11 see below

No answer from Robert at all.
So then I was on a call he did and he was saying we had to expect we would not make money for at least 90-120 days or such to get it going and we wwere the opnes putting up money for ad,Press releases and you tube videos.

I was ill not able tokeep up and again asked kindly since he did not keep his opart of his deal would he please refund the money.he replied no...it was stated no refunds.

This was never stated on webinar I was on

I have made a FTC report as this is illeagal to take poeples money for a business he did not even have ready

he is also asking people to invest in a nonexisitnent business .I am hoping the others dont fall for this.

I do have skype records of the others and Roberts lack of involvement from the get go.
Please stop this man

I am in process of getting chargeback but pay pal wont help and doubt my bank willas due to time passed as I was not answered by him.
