What a bunch of losers.  Slumlords.  Ducttape is their remedy for everything.  And they won't fix stuff that is broken you have to pay for and install.  They haven't updated any of their properties in 20+ years and they are all infested with rats and rodents it s the grossest.  But I got them assistance totally over $216,000.  I submitted my bill.  They won't pay and now won't answer my calls.  
They have over 20 rental properties paid off and are trying to jack me.  Screw them.  They aren't cool enuff to get over on me.  They better be watching their back.  I don't care if they are old.  They still got loser in their blood.  Mark Peterson what a gross excuse for a human being.  He has no purpose in life.  Poor mr. p  his kids are lame and so the inheritence goes to the grandkids, but only some of them not all.
