ROBERT SEXTON of STARPOSITIONS.COM & SPNSOLUTIONS.COM IS A THIEF

I sent him $1,099.00 to place my website in top position on Google,Yahoo.com MSN and thirteen other search engines. He and his conspirators STOLE my money. I informed the Attorney General of California,and they do not handle that kind of problem. I have reported them to The Better Bussiness Bureau and The Public Defender,and the Internet Fraud Bureau. Isn't there any way to get your money back from these crooks?
