ROBERTO J HERNANDEZ AND OR ROBERTO J FERNANDEZ PLACED AN AD ON CRAIGS LIST STATING HE IS SELLING A 1998 DODGE CARAVAN FOR 2500.00 I CAME TO LOOK AT THE VEHICLE AND HE CLAIMED HIS WIFE HAD THE TITLE AND THERE WAS A FEW FIXINGS THAT HE WOULD NEED TO MAKE BEFORE RELEASING THE CAR TO ME BUT SAID IF WE REALLY WANTED THE VAN TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT WE LEFT 1000 DEPOSIT AND NOW WE DONT HAVE NO VEHICLE AND NO MONEY...

Robert Hernandez / Fernandez has been ripping people off for years in the Queens area and on the Internet. He belonged to several internet based Auto Sales websites and Ebay. I have a long history tracking his criminal activity after he ripped me off.
My advise is to get a police report and take your case to the Queens Attorney General and DMV deparment where he is know and has extensive charges against him. I have a list of victims that he has managed to con out of thousands of dollars. He needs to be stopped.
