robin drive auto airport auto auction Dealer taking me to court because of their promises and faulty sales bear Delaware

 I bought a mercury tracer in 2011 and three days later the engine seized.  I had car towed back to dealer. After a week or so they told me i could wait to fix the car pick another car for around the same price and no money would be owed and the down payments and taxed and tags i put down would just transfer to other car like i never purchased tracer. I asked Dave how long before i got the tracer fixed he said he didnt know it depends on warranty and getting parts for  car maybe a couple weeks at most something told me that was not the case so i chose another car so i drove it home and not even 5 minutes down the road check engine light came on so ii took it back they said it was iac sensor they were gong to fix it come to find out they just cleaned it after alot of back and forth and sitting there while car being fixed many hours and days problem not fixed but car was drivable so i went home with car i made a partial payment one time on my account and made it up the next month then months down the road i needed an extention so they let me then we did an audit of account because they had me missing like 8 payments i missed two they said i owed like 2000 still car was only suppose to be $3500 i later found out they charged me $6900 i refused to pay it then i showed them my receipts and they still didnt fix the account Da ve made me alot of verbal agreements i thought that was legal so after many calls to office i aisked over and over to talk to Dave they kept telling me he was in and out and hard to get ahold of so i said i wasnt making a payment until i talked to Dave they said ok it has been over 9 months ( i dont have the car it broke down because of problem they told me they fixed) i still havent heard from them no where is car so i can repo it or anything now i get a court law suit against me and i didnt find out about court date until a collection lawyer called me i have a judgement against me for like 10,000 with fees and all DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THERE GO SOME WHERE ELSE THERE IS HELP
