I am a homeowner that used them for the past 3 years in which I received poor service and lost many thousands of dollars. 

 The first tenant they put in my home without notifying me or even signing the original contact with me.  I was moving cross country to Missouri.  So I had little recourse. The the tenant paid 2 months and then stopped paying. We then had to go through the eviction process.  Needless to say I lost over 8K on that deal plus the damage to my home.  He even tried to take the refrigerator with him.  Luckily I had a friend go over to watch the move out.

Then since I was still under contract and they promised I could approve the next tenant and they would go after previous tenant and sue him to get a judgment (and again I am across country) I stayed with them.  I did pick the next tenant that ended up staying there for a little over 2 years but had many issues with them.  The tenant would call me and complain about the property management company.  I finally moved back to Las Vegas and the house had a leak and in the process the company they sent out said there was a mold issue, however when I had a Registered Environmental Manager treat it, he said there was no issue.  However through this process my tenant asked for early termination.  So I granted it so I could take back over control of my house and get rid of the property management company.  This time around it has cost me over 5K and I am still requesting my reserve funds of over $520.00 to be returned to me and I am getting no response. Needless to say when I inquired for the documentation on the previous renter (the judgment) I was told they sent it to collections and to top it off it was for the back rent only not for any damages.

There are a lot of Property Management companies out there, take heed in the reviews posted on line by others you will regret using this company.
