Robocaller identifying self as Credit Card Member Services Robocall from spoofed phone # in violation of Do Not Call rule Internet

This report does NOT relate to any "Credit Card Member Services" you can find listed on the Internet for banks or reputable companies. This is how a robocaller (in violation of the Do Not Call law) identified itself when I spoke to a customer service representative. When I asked the rep for a number where I could call him back, he hung up—indicates a scam. The call was also placed from a spoofed phone number, more evidence of a scam. I think this is just another version of Rachel from Cardholder Services.
