ROCA SALES ,TRIPLE M, MODULAR HOME BUILDER, DID NOT HONOR WARRANTY WORK ON HOME SOLD TO US STONY PLAIN Alberta

 In the year 2007 we lost our home to fire.

We purchased a New Modular Home from Roca Sales in the year 2008, and the house surpose to have  [Ten Year Warranty]

We have so many things in the house that need fixing, some of them were fixed but there are still more things that still needs fixing.

We have called them several times to finish the repairs. They refuse to come and do the rest of the work.

In the begining before the house was build the electritian got in  touch with [Spencer] to get the lay out of the house, he was not told that the house will be coming with 220volts,then the electritian got the wire ready for 120 volts,we had to pay to have the wire changed,so we are asking Roca Saes to reembuirse us for the difference.

We have document of all what needed to fix,and what has been done.

The siding on the house has faded so bad we are begin push around between companies.

Please help.
