Rock Bottom Golf RIP OFF, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER BUY FROM ROCK BOTTOM GOLF Suffolk Virginia

I have recently order a product from Rockbottomgolf.com and was received different item from my previous order. Item cost $28 and shipping was $12. previously I have order identical product matching sku number from Rockbottomgolf.com and I m using the product and all I wanted to do is to order more products. so I placed an order from Rockbottomgolf.com and they have sent me a different product and different size. I have emailed them 5 times but didnt get any respond.

so I decided to call them and I was on a hold for over 15 minutes. finally, representative picks up the phone and I have explained the situation. representative agreed that I should receive a full refund including shipping since I received wrong size. but he didnt have authority to refund the shipping so he decided to ask his manager. after 5 mintues, manager gets on the phone and said "what is the problem". I asked her if the representative has explained the situation and the manager answer "yes". but she did not agree to refunding the shipping cost. So I have to explain the situation again but she still didnt agree. she said that they have sent a correct item and they are not willing to refund the shipping. I asked her how can they be the same if the size are different. she said that was my responsibility. I asked her why should I be responsible for your error and she didnt agree. she said she doesnt want to continue to have this conversation and basically told me to deal with it.
