I purchased a dunk tank from Rock Rental LLC based in Alpine, CA  for our party rental business. 

Unfortunately back in 2015, Rock Rental was not a fair vendor and sold us a junky dunk tank. Rock Rental business practice with us was very shady with us. I feel that he ripped us off. Now he is posting bad reviews about us, after we asked for a refund from our credit card company when he failed to correct the situation! 

The dunk tank we received from Rock Rental LLC was far from functional and safe.  It had rust on the frame, the frame was all beat up, the back drop was filthy, the liner had a hole in it. 
 
Please see attached photo evidence of such! Sadly, we were the true victims of being ripped off and now Rock Rental LLC is trying to blame us for their poor and unethical business practices and posting nagative info about our company.
 
I have invoices to prove that we had to purchase another dunk tank through another company within the same time frame of this failed purchase. Available upon request. 

Prior to the chargeback, I emailed Rock Rental of Ca and no reply. Please note this was the main form of communication with them initially and they had very poor phone manners of not returning calls or picking up the phone.
 
I contacted our credit card company, they created a claim. We had a third party inspect the dunk tank and report back their findings which was required by the CC company.

Also, the CC Company made us make the item available for pick up. It sat in our warehouse taking up space for many months. Amex, sent Rock Rental a notice of the location and times they could arrange to pick up their junk!   They failed to do such. They didn’t really want their trash either!
After the CC Company and the the third party report,  in about 90 days they found in our favor. We are thankful of such. 
 
Mr. Casey, sadly you play the victim and you scream the loudest, but you are the one who is selling junk and ripping people off!

We didn't even think about posting any negative reviews or making this unfortuan situaion public until he posted on this website about the transaction.

I would never do business with Casey DBA Rock Rental LLC in the San Diego Ca area
