I ordered a Work Sharp WSKTS Knife and Tool Sharpener and it never arrived

I have contacted them for over a month and they keep saying they are behind and the shipping has not occurred. I requested a refund and have not heard from them since. Do not pay for anything from this company - I believe they are scammers.
