After several months of silence, I have not turned to the government to prosecute this man, as he does provide a most basic service to people and his company is in the midst of crumbling due to poor business ense and overall negligence. Yet, after speaking with prior employees and some who still work on occasion, every person who has come as a patient to this clinic, beyond initial diagnosis has been charged for 3 days of treatment a week even if they have come only once, for months after. The crime is really against the Insurance companies but little by little this sort of practice is eating away the morality of the "Medical" World. They were hiring untrained Filipinos for minimum wage and never paid overtime.
They did not let anyone leave for lunch, and everyone there was made to do illegal things (participating in fraud, misdiagnosing people so they would have to come for more sessions and higher charge to insurance companies, over working the eldlerly, and leaving people for hours at clinic after offering transportation). I would oblige anyone who has ever dealt with the clinic to contact your insurance provider to validate all charges and most importantly to any medical facility to never recommend anyone to go here. They are committing felonies by remaining open because they continue to charge people's insurance who no longer attend. Richard Serrano is a dispicable human being, who deserves to be deported back to a grimy prison in Manila, and speaks poorly of all his fellow Filipinos.

Having enjoyed the Facilities of Rockland Recovery over a period of so far abt 9 months I can only recommend this as a highly professional facillity with exellent and friendly staff who goes out of their way to treat us patients. Mr Richard Serrano is a expert in his profession and does eveything to make his patients improve their physical conditions. The treatment week is often 3 times a week and if the patient does not show up for the session he or she is booked for, naturally the firm is entitle to bill for the missed session. Any sensible person will understand that and there is absolutely no reason disparage the firm.

In a blog posted here Rockland Recovery Physical Therapy, PLLC has been accused of egregious practices. These accusations are malicious, false, and defamatory; evidently intended to slander the good reputation of Rockland Recovery Physical Therapy, PLLC in the court of public opinion.
"John" has admittedly not reported these illegal practices to the government for redress, it is evident that he has no way to substantiate these allegations and his intent is to discredit the provider and scare off potential customers to facilitate the demise of a legitimate business.
"John" is clearly aware that the law provides legal recourse to individuals and organizations so viciously maligned, which is why he has cowardly posted a fictitous and spiteful report without properly identifying himself.
It would seem that "John" has chosen this venue to air his grievances because he is aware that while the whistleblower law provides a venues for person to responsibly report misdeeds and affords protections for those who report legitimate misconduct, it also facilitates the punishment of those who knowingly make false accusations.
Rockland Recovery Physical Therapy, PLLC conduct its business within the purview of all federal and state laws, without those accreditations, Rockland Recovery would not be in business.
