Rodderick Meaders Roger, HR@rcrmdirect.com, RCRM Global Enterprises, RCRM Direct RCRM Global used our compmany to start his business with AEI Wingate North Carolina

We were employed by RCRM Global (Roger Meaders) in December. As partners we sent the owers of our company to West Viginia to train to become installers. They went and trained when they returned they were offered the job as the "Managing Company" for RCRM Global working for Direct Sat in our area. Starting out he paid us, as far as all the deductions we caught them. We did have a full running office with an office manager and HR Manager that went through pay and such. After catching them the pay got a little bit better. Futher into it he offered the owners to run another area the owners went to that area and set up had small parts delivered trained some of the guys the whole 9. That suddenly did not happen because the owners refused to sign the contract with AEI while working for Direct Sat. After this Roddreick offered the owners to buy the contract with Direct Sat in the area because he was moving on to work for AEI and our company had been running everything without his help for a while. We had figured out everybody they had figured us out we answered the questions and went to the meets with Direct Sat not him. Our company was worked into the ground some nights until 2 or 3 in the morning. So, we decided to buy the contract, with making him sign a contract with us that if something was to happen in 30 days or less to the contract that was held with Direct Sat that he would refund us ALL of our money we paid, and we also got our pay from Direct Sat as the contract holders. He sent a "formal" letter to the company's HR Manager offering her a job got her talking with Steve Williams and put her through all the background. Then the contract ended with Direct Sat and he disappeared. When asked about the money and refund and everything else he tells us that we aren't entitled to it. We employeed his nephew and his friends. We paid them out of our pocket because after deductions there wasn't enough to pay them. We went through testings paid so much money and now we are out of the money we paid to buy the contract and everything we spent to run the "business". This man needs to be stopped!!!!!
