Rip-Off Report Readers:

I am disturbed and concerned regarding the above statements and allegations being made about me and my firm.  All of these allegations are false and without merit.  I welcome any evidence to be brought forward to support these allegations. 

My response:

I have never been convicted of any crime (felony or misdemeanor) ever in my life - this is verifiable and publicly available.   

I have never accepted any retainer or consulting fees from a client without a written contract that is enforceable under California state law.  I have been in business for over 3 years and have never had any dispute with any client over nonperformance or breach of contract.  I previously held securities licenses both a Series 7 & 63 and never had any customer complaints or disputes - this is verifiable through FINRA. 

This is simply internet-defamation and websites like Rip-Off Report give individuals an anonymous open forum to attempt to damage the reputation of individuals and businesses without requiring any proof.  Anyone can sign up on this site and post any statement (true or false) about any individual or business.  This site does not review, edit or verify any statement.  If any of these statements were true and the complainant is a real person or business, then legal action would be taken not random internet postings.   No such legal action has been attempted or brought against me or my firm - this is publicly available and verifiable.
