NOTE TO GOOGLERS: I ROGER FISCHER FILED A CLAIM ON RIPOFF REPORT AGAINST THIS WOMAN CONNING PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY AS A PUBLIC RELATIONS PERSON FOR HIRE. SHE THEN FILED HER OWN AGAINST  ME IN RETALIATION. 

It's now 2017 and if you google Kara Topolsky you will see I was right. She is and was a fraud that tried to steal money from my company. I did get the money back after threats of the police in her state where she resides in the west coast. People keep googling me and this comes up. She claims i was arrested in Miami 2014.... I have never been arrested in Florida or arrested for drugs. (Do a national search) There is a Roger Fischer age 56 arrested and I'm nowhere close to 56 years old not even in 2014. 

Kara Topolsky is a scam artist. Just google her name and her so called business "KST Consulting". Now google me and  you will see my life just like i put it out there myself. I don't hid from anyone about my life. I'm a badboy and always be one but I'm also businessman with a background of owning 12 companies in the past 25 years. Three of them were multi-million dollar companies. This woman took my money (email me if you want to see the proof. Email her to get the so-called proof she said she has and you won't get nothing) Look up roger fischer films to get my email. She has robbed a lot of people. She put up a fake page about me being arrested in Florida for drugs Ha Ha this woman is stupid. Just google it and you won't see anything about me being arrested in Florida or for drugs. This woman was arrested for prostitution in San Francisco (google that). You won't see any pictures of her, no facebook, no website no nothing on her. Now whos the fraud. Yes i am dangerous if you f**k with me but no i didn't have someone in San Francisco go to her house and take pictures. That's the drugs shes on. If she gets hurt so be it its because of someone else she's robbed. She said she went to the cops to file a report on me: Well i'm still here and haven't heard from anyone. You know why? Well it's because she doesn't want them (Police) snooping into her fraud business. And see how she said i conned her into hiring her HA HA HA HA what stupid person would believe this s**t she says? She a McDonalds worker that can't afford a website. A word to her:GET A JOB! Turn over her contacts? She doesn't have any. She was asking for mine from NYC. This is when a lightbulb went off in my head that she didn't know anyone.

Talk about drugs, no that was your arrest report posted in The Florida newspaper.  Sorry Roger, you didnt have the funds to complete the project, and that you coukd only afford $250 dollars!  I dont work for free, you scammed me for free services.  Where is your attorney??  come sue me for $250 dollars Mr Millionaire .  All you can do is play on the internet and make up fake posts.
