Roger Ingleby took $52,000.00 that I had invested in a CD, he told me he had "twiddled" money around with Steve Denkers who I called 2 weeks ago and was stunned, it was all a lie. He asked if he could work with my money because instead of the CD I would get a better return with him. this was saved for my daughter's College fund.
I even worked for the guy for free and put many hours in and this is what I get back, not even my own money???
We have a write up and notarized by the Irwin Bank, who knows that he has my money, his employees know, he keeps promising to pay me back, but I have had till so far 1 payment for $5000.00 and one bounced check from last year of $12,000. and last month he gave me $500.00. He he told me when I met him that everything was payed off, he didn't owe anybody anything and nothing was on credit cards.
Now I found out that he has several lawsuits against him. In the beginning he told me he was an honorable individual, that respects a woman, well, and telling everybody that his business is doing so well!!!! He has a house, boat, 2 cars, over 1 million in the store, why is he not paying me back??
Everything he told me has been a lie. My 15 year old daughter and I are broke because of him.
We want to go back to our own country, but we can't because he has our money that I had saved over the years. What kind of a person can do that, I think someone that has no heart and no feelings, he doesn't even communicate with me, and when he did and I asked for the money to pay at least a few hundred he hung up on me. His lawyer Lisa and Mark Larson are his friends that get equipment from him in return for services, and they say I am the angry girlfriend.... hmm... angry because he didn't pay my money back yes, but angry because we are not together... hmmm.... who would want to be in a relationship with someone, (even his employees told me) is lying to everybody, and they even know that he is ripping off his clients!!
I was at their house for dinner once, and Roger told me they liked me very much, but now they are in it they even dared to tell a lawyer that I consulted that we were engaged!!! We never even looked at rings or talked about it!! Are lawyers lyers too????
They drew the paperwork and has been notarized but nobody is honoring it. Is there no justice in this country. The man has my daughter's belongings and my belongings at the store, he didn't even give that back to me. I have all the evidence on emails. Now I have to spend $ on an attorney that my sister has to pay up front??????

Remove all references to me on all web sites and complaints, NOW!
You are defaming me and i will respond with all the quickly and aggressively!

Well, I guess a person, as I was told many times but didn't want to believe it, like Roger Ingleby won't change. I just got back from Aruba where he told me, threatened me to change the report. We were gonna work things out.
Well, now I am back and his lawyer Mark and Lisa told him I want to ruinhim because I tell the truth?????, hmmm, because I want this money out of the way and see if he still loves me???
I think there are not many women out there that would give a 54 year old Business man who tells them he is doing so well, and give a better return and should not be the reason he is being nice to me????
Now he is threatening me because I have unfortunately in the past for my daughter and family to be together after over 20 years done porno movies, this was way back in 03-04. He is gonna put this on the internet.... I am a very bad person, although I never hurt any one, cheated anybody. Roger Ingleby has people working for him if he needs them, but then he starts talking bad about them if he either can not pay them or hears the truth. Oscar is a very nice guy working for him, a very honest person, tonight I hear from Roger Ingleby he is a lyer, anyway, I can go on and on....
Roger Ingleby just doesn't know how to be honest and fair with people and how to deal with them. Yes, He is a great sales person, but honest, No, twisting words, Yes.
All I want for him is to be happy, and for me to be able to move on, but I want my money back. Whoever owes him, please contact me. I have a lawyer, in SLC, but my 15 year old daughter really wants to also leave this country, and this is her money that I promised her to have a start in life with school, etc. I saved this for her.
He won't be able to hurt me anymore with the porn business since I have told everybody, he is the one that keeps looking at it, wonder who is the bad guy????? ha, maybe by looking at up all the time, he gets a kick of it??? Who is worse, the one that did it temporarily for reasons, maybe financially???? and to be able to pay and support the daughter or the one that keeps going back to it and searching for porn.....

Do I love him, I think with pretending when I was in Aruba, saying he loves me I had hoped, and I would not have cared what he does but cheating on me, his so called "girlfriend" NO. Actually, now that makes me part of it too, and I can not do it anymore....
I sure had hoped he was sincere, but him telling me all I want is my money back and then threatening me with putting it on a site..... sorry, that went too far..... Again, I wish him all the best, and I am sure there is a woman out there for him, just don't give him your money.

Roger has promised me to solve this issue.
We still love each other and we both will work on getting this money back to me.
It was never my intention to hurt him with this, but out of frustration as a single mom.
I didn't lie about anything but as he promised me, I will get it back and in the meantime we will try to build our future.....
