Stay away from Rogers communication! They have very bad customer service that will steals your money!!! They UN-ETHICAL and VERY UNREALIABLE!!!
When you sign up a contract with them, they promise you one thing and they deliver you a different thing, you choose your monthly plan and when at the end of the month you received a huge crazy bills like $1,000 or $2,000. Nobody will help you to resolve it.
I signed up for contract with them for $75 for unlimited calling and 3 GB plan. At the end they gave me only 1GB, and 250 minutes, and $1,307 Bill!!!
When I log into the ROgers online to view statement and they don't you view the bill details "It says no history, but the charge is $1,307"
I tried to fix for many hours and nobody can have access it and they charged me to bank statement
BEAWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM ROGERS!!!
