Rohan mathew Failed to repay money loan. Displayed verbal and physical violence India Internet

 Rohan Mathew refused to work or contribute financially during his time in Australia. As well as pay all his living costs (when I was unemployed fighting cancer) I loaned him 4000$ From my credit card AUD that he has never repayed. He verbally declared that he had no intention of repaying this money and I have received no repayments in the 3 years after the loan. He also defaulted on the repayments of his music tech studies in Australia (after completing the course by claiming the money was delayed by the bank) He has other personal loans through friends that he has failed to pay back. He does not have any integrity at all, in regards to money or character. He displayed physical, verbal and emotional violence and continued to harass me and contact my associates in Australia in an attempt to tarnish my character and relationships for many months. He is not a trustworthy or respectable person in fact he can be quite terrifying.
