I ordered from rollies.com on December 2008 and as of May 2009 I have NOT received my order. I have called and e-mailed and never once got a responce. Here is my proof of order.

The customer above should have emailed us on this matter and we would have looked into the missing order and taken care of it within the week. We received no emails and only recently took a phone message from her 2 days ago whereupon I did not yet get a chance to respond. Do not believe her advice or statement on our company, she never gave us a chance to look into this order before she posted these remarks. We are a good company and though an order can be out of stock, delayed, or discontinued, we always offer one a chance to pick a substitute or take a refund. The person above has been refunded on the card and she will soon see it on her card. Anyone can email us, phone us more than on one day if no answer or request a refund if their order is missing or not shipped in a timely manner. We are here and there is no reason for one to be mean or hurtful to a company as we will always work with anyone. Everyone here has received their order, or a refund. We are willing and able to work with anyone on a customer inquiry. If she had given us the time or emailed we would have answered her on the matter and made sure she got her order. If anyone wants to know about their order they can call us or email us to find out as we will work with anyone who requests it. Do not type hurtful or misinformation when you do not give a company a chance. There is not reason to be mean when a company is willing to work with you on this issue if you give them an opportunity to take care of you. She is now refunded on her missing order and so we have now taken care of her and if she simpled asked us we would have done so.
