Our business submitted 45 accounts to this so called collection agency at the end of July/beginning of August last year. The total amount for all 45 accounts was almost $20,000 and we have not seen a penny yet.
We have tried contacting Rollin and Rivera several times throughout the year, asking for Thomas Graham, Patricia Johnson, or Angie Sawyer. None of these people have ever returned our phone calls.
We are interested to see how many other businesses have had to deal with this company and urge anyone who has to contact us. This company needs to be stopped before they steal more money from innocent businesses across the country.
