If the seller does not respond you will win the dispute by default. As well you state you paid with your bank debit card or account and it shows as paid, surely your bank provides some kind of protection or recourse against fraud?

If this seller states overnight delivery and has failed to deliver overnight, reflect that in the feedback you leave.
