Romex Travel Honeymoon ruined by this company. internet Georgia

We were ripped off by Romex travel!  I responded to a fax notice they sent to my place of employment.  It was for a trip to Puerto Rico for my fiance and I.  I booked the trip over the phone and they debited my checking account.  When the bank statement arrived it listed the vendor as ABC & 123.

I then received a package from "The Travel Center" requesting more money, in the form of a money order for the actual booking of the trip ( I thought I had already done this-416-).  I sent more money to The Travel Center to book the trip.  After they received my payment they informed me that there were no trips to Puerto Rico available.  The Travel Center sent me a partial refund.  Which was very unfortunate because I felt as though my total amount should have been refunded.   But it gets worse.

When I contacted Romex for a refund I was told to send an e-mail to refunds@romextravel.com.  I sent them a total of five e-mails over the course of two months.  They have now blocked my IP address so I can't send anymore e-mails.  I called the customer service number (888-491-9520 & 888-416-7751) and was told that they no longer contracted to do customer service for Romex and they have no phone number, name or e=mail address to contact them.

I have hit a brick wall now.  I'm so frustrated and stressed out about this that I have lost sleep.  I wish I could get some help or afford to hire an attorney.  Needless to say no honeymoon for us!
