Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Be careful renting from her too. She owns a place on Eucalyptus Hill in Santa Barbara. I contacted her and she was so rude. She tried to rent it for 3k, and said it was the nicest place available. Photos show otherwise - it has those hideous late 80s/early 90s cabinets. You'd think she might describe it differently since she has a business in the field. Ended up taking any tenant she could get because all she wanted was the money. She then said it "didn't work out with that tenant" and lowered the price to $2750, and was still incredibly rude. I wish I could warn all future possible tenants.

This woman called me over 8 times asking me to lower the rent. I kept asking her to come see the place before making such requests or declarations. After the fourth call,I really started to get annoyed with her irrational requests & accusations.
She never showed but kept calling and demanding I lower the rent. I did rent the place at the price I was asking and the tenants have been there for the past 2 years and have just renewed for another 2 years. It’s a shame that people like this can anonymously and cowardly make accusations that are completely erroneous ...which to me is an abuse of the good that the internet can do.
I am happy to sign my name which she lacked the courage to do.
