Roomful Express Poor Quality of Furniture Monroeville Pennsylvania

I am writing this report to inform consumers. In August, my husband and I went to Roomful Express in Monroeville for a bedroom suit. We found two dressers, mirror, mattress and platform bed we liked. We ordered and it was to be delivered in 6-8 weeks. On the 8th week they called and gave us the delivery date. The delivery men came with only two dressers, mattress and a mirror. Okay. We understand. Items can be on back order. 4 weeks later they showed up with the bed. This bed has a headboard, footboard and two side panels (the platform bed where storage is underneath and pull out drawers). While installing, they over tightened several bolts and cracked the wood. One draw was also missing parts and broken. The delivery men said I needed to call Customer Service as they have nothing to do with damages.. I called Customer Service and they said they would send a man out to examine the damages. 2 weeks later, he came and said the bed was destroyed and he would put in for a new bed. 6 weeks later... they delivered a new bed. The two delivery men were ready to build it and looked at each other. They had no clue how to set this bed up. My husband said forget it, I will build it. We made sure we had all the parts and bolts... Nope. Shorthanded 4 screws After 5 months- we had our bedroom set.

Then, last week we received a scratch off ticket for a promotion they were doing. I scratched it for the heck of it and got 55% off. Against my will, we went to look for a consol table. Of course we found one. We figured we would give them one more try. We ordered the table. We picked it up this time since it was smaller. We lug it home. Get it into the house, open the box and it is damaged! We lugged it back to the store and demanded a refund. They did refund our money right there on the spot.

Lesson learned: Don't order from Roomful Express and check any purchases you make from ANYWHERE before you get it home.
