This company is in Austin and buys property to flip and resell. They should not be called a Management company as their tactics are deplorable and don't think that anyone in this company has a professional bone to speak of.

I live in a recently acquired property by this company and have had nothing but nightmares from them. Let me start with a few; a non working telephone number for the company, errors in spelling on letterheads, no emergency contacts, full voicemails, no return calls for help or maintenance on the building, lock outs, removal of stairs for entering my apartment, rude staff, trash thrown around the property by workers, glass left all over the property so that it is unsafe to walk, and staff workers that didn't speak English.

The company put 9 inspection notices on my door in 2 months. Please note these were inspections at their convenience. No inspections for actual damages to the building were EVER done. Including post hail storm that broke out one entire side of the buildings windows, and several flooding of multiple apartments.

I was personally home for several of the 9 "inspections" that were for picture taking, insurance, and plumbing (so they say). On several cases a crew of potential buyers were brought through my personal home. The so-called inspections were all excuses Roscoe Prop. Used to bring potential buyers into my apartment.

After writing letters expressing my concern of excessive entry to me apartment and refusing to let even MORE unknown potential buyers of the building in I received a lease violation threat for not allowing them into my apartment one time.

Roscoe Properties also decided to remove the landings and major structural parts of the stairs to the second and third floors of a residential building. I was told to walk across a plywood square measuring about 3ft by 2ft to my apt over an open hole dropping to the ground level. This board was being held in place with two workers standing on the corners balancing their weight over the beam in the middle. Maybe this doesn't describe it that well.

Picture this walk up the stairs to find a hole where there was a solid landing. Now try to get 5 feet to your door over the hole with nothing but a small square of plywood with two other people standing on it holding on the railing to keep from falling. Oh yes seems unbelievable right. I have pictures!
Oh and try to balance your baby in one arm and a bag in the other.

Every request for repairs or informing Jason Berkowitz of the issues went ignored.

Since when did it become okay to treat a paying customer with disregard, and complacency? I understand that everyone has a busy schedule but a lack of attention to what your business is.... Property Management! When buying properties that have existing tenants a way of life should be maintained despite the company's money hungry motives. I want to warn people of this company.
