Roto Rooter Services Company Failure to honor their Warranty & attempted to over-charge for repair. Orlando Florida

On 06/22/18. I called Orlando, Florida - Rotor Rooter Services Company for my problems with my existing Toilet wasn't Flushing properly & was making a Noise.

I had pervious Problem, within the ( 6 ) Month period with my Toilet & was under their Company Warranty.

I had appoitment between 8:00 am to 10:30am on 06/22/18, They failed to arrive & rec'd a call from their so-called Dispatcher, "Their service repair workers were busy & will arrive within a certain amount of time". Again they failed to arrive & was told , they were busy , For third time, I was told someone would be coming, they finally arrived at about 4:00pm.

Upon on arriving, I explained the situation of my Toilet not flushing  & making a Noise. THe Roto Rooter employee was able to flush it, but it continue with the noise & wasn't properly filling up with the existing water valve.

The worker inform me, that the center-Valve was under warranty & pointed out, had noting to do with the left-side filling valve , that needed repair, I asked him ; how it was going to cost me. The worker stated $ 266.30 Dollars. 

I wish to point out two important things, the water valve cost's about $ 15.00 Dollars or less at Home Depot, and only diffcult thing to install it, was to "Flush" out the existing water, un-screw the existing flexiable Pipe cord & un-screw the left-side Re-filling Valve, that would take about 20 minutes to install.

Although, my Toilet Flushed, when the Rotor Rooter employee, had successfully flushed my Toilet, it still didn't why, it didn't flush earlier.

To amazement, the Tiolet is flushing for the moment , but I need to replace the Filling Valve unit.

I inform the Employee, I refuse to pay that amount & will no longer use the services of Rotor Rooter anymore for arriving extremely late & failure to keep their appointments in a timely manner & their attempt to Over-charge me for the Repair.
