First of all allow me to say that this report is a hoax. I demand any proof that Rouben Balagian or buildPROS, LLC or mybuildPROS.com did not pay you (if you even exist) for services performed.

I am truly glad that people are talking about me and buildPROS, because that means we are doing something right. We have an excellent reputation as General Contractor. buildPROS has completed over 15 multifamily projects in the last 12 monsths. All were for repeat clients. All were completed to clients' satisfaction. All subs were paid according to performance and contract. There has never been a Mechanic's Lien placed on any buildPROS project. buidPROS, now in it's second year, has never been sued and has no collection action against it for any amount. Read this carefully: NOT A PENNY in delinquent debt.

As far as me personally, I was a partner of a development firm with multiple partners and investors which went out of business in February of 2007 during the real estate crisis. Many people lost money, including myself and my family. We lost everything. Real Estate, Savings, Credit. I have never, however, filed for Bankruptcy, which is yet another false statement in this pseudo report.
