Route 66 is a SCAM!!! They use used parts instead of new factory parts to fix your car. They only cover up to a certain dollar amount and anything more you will have to pay out of pocket.

They used a used transfer case to fix my car and then 14 months later they part went out again and messed up something else. There negligence from the beginning in getting cheap parts caused this second problem and they want to deduct it again from the amount that is allowed in my coverage!! And noone there is trying to help!
