  I was in a 24 hour fitness once and experienced "Rox-An” aka "Maha Elohim” or something or other.. anyway, she began to scream at the top of her lungs for whatever reason - singing off key - exclaiming to people that she was a professional singer, associated with American Idol. I believed this to be false, however, because her feet were very dirty, and her hair was very badly matted, and clumped together, like she hadn’t showered in days, yet oddly overly manicured at the same time- like a homeless person shoplifting cosmetics at the Dollar Tree and what not every day.

Either way, I believe this is a case of one, who prides themselves of false delusions of self-congratutory indulgence, and vanity mania, but I believe someone needs to rescue her. Severe rescuing, like Sanda Bullock in that rehab movie. I don’t know what she is doing in Florida. Maybe people are easier to persuade there. Not as gullible as California. She is really from California. Or at least that’s what she said to people in the location where I witnessed her singing off key with matted hair and dirty feet.

I was a talent agent at the time, but I knew from her off key and poor pitch singing she was just a victim of reverse ego-centric self-pity of some sort, delusion and mania. I hope someone gets her off the street and finds her the help she needs. Poor soul. That boyfriend pictured in the profile is unknown to me, but looks like a serious meth/crack fiend. Looks like a spineless pile of horse poop. He needs some serious BALLS. Hopefully he can join a volunteer project of some sort and find himself some balls, and not the little squirrel balls he has now. He’s no man. He’s a spineless sack of horse poop. ***Also important to know, "Rox-An” is a small time, petty fraud offender. She will at times try to pass herself off as a black woman (seen in pics) in order to get leverage and sympathy, but she is NOT black. This is an elaborate attempt at achieving a disguise through make up and costuming.

For the past 3 years, I have attempted to have this hate crime, slanderous, defamation of my character removed from ripoffreport.com. I have come to the conclusion upon extensive research that ripoff report is one of the most profitable extortion companies on the planet. There are numerous active lawsuits against this company. In order to have this post removed, you have to pay ripoffreport.com to conduct an arbitration which can cost you anywhere from 2,000.00 to 5,000.00 USD. If found innocent of the slanderous, false accusations made against you, they still will not honor you by removing it from their site. It will still be available via Google or any other search engine. The author of the post clearly had an agenda to cause severe harm and sabotage in all aspects of my life, including but not limited to; future relationships, job opportunities also housing or renting possibilities, over all my wellbeing. How disturbing is that?! Where is my protection? Where are my rights? This isn’t someone expressing their opinions about me, this is slanderous and overall a hate crime/online bullying.  Anyone with eyes and a brain can clearly see that this is utterly fabricated and I have no ties with anyone related to this site. 

The author of this very post has even attempted to say and I quote "I lied, please remove this post! Ripoffreport.com has not honored, and will not honor that admission from the author of this post. 

This is my attempt to set the record straight as well has hold ripoff report accountable for allowing this monstrous behavior to continue. On behalf of myself and all others who are wrongfully accused, slandered or bullied online I have a message for you. Know Thyself and justice will prevail. 

1. I have never been evicted from an apartment or house.

2. I have never forged a fake check.

3. I will not attempt to lower myself by itemizing and defending on the disgusting, bullying and hate speeches made here to demoralize me.     

4. I am proud to report that I have never in my life have been arrested or convicted of a crime. 

5. I am on the Board of Directors for a wonderful Non-Profit called Purpose Focused and also an active advisory member since 2008.

6. I am a successful singer, songwriter, and producer. I have written many songs for Movies, TV shows, and another artist, such as MTV'S The Electric Barbarella's and also starred in the show.

7. I have over 7 years’ experience in the legal field.
