Ordered a Canon 30D w/premium pacakage ($849). Didn't receive a confirmation email so called to cofirm order receipt. Sales person tried to upsell me to the USA package. I declined. I did accept an additional battery and charger (even though the package comes with that).
I checked my cc acount that evening and found $1698 was charged. Tried to call the customer service number but my cell times out after 2 minutes of ringing. Redialed and repeated this process for over 10 minutes. No answer.
Called this morning (11/16) and had to redial four times before the phone was answered. I attempted to correct the order but "it had shipped". I did not receive the shipping email as told the day before. The rep began to get rude.
He finally told me to shut up. I responded in like. He then told me to shut the f*** up! I responded that he should. He then told me to "Shut the f*** up! I'm going to cut your f****** lips off!" I informed him I would be filing reports. I've contacted the BBB of NYC, the Federal Trade Commission, my credit card company and various websites to spread the word.
Bad me for not investigating the company before I ordered.

Too bad they lied

Received the unauthorized "upgrade" camera package. Other than really cheap accesories, the camera and additional lenses were received promply and in good condition. I laugh, the extra battery was the one out of the original box. That was a rip-off by itself (the box indicates a battery is included). After my experience to date, I'm not giving the SOB's any further chance. Sending the package back will cost shipping and who knows how much of a restocking fee (5% they say, but their credibility is bull excrement with me!). They win either way, but I have submitted a complaint to the IC3 co-sponsored by the FBI for internet based crime. I can't believe the rating they have on ShopCartUSA.com.
