Royal Couture Fashion Nicole Royal Couture Fashions very unprofessional and sarcastic response to my questions, appalling! New Jersey

 This company has very rude and aggressive ways of handling their customers. I have never been so insulted much less by a company I'm only trying to give my business to. Nicole, was very rude and hung up on me. I have made many transactions online with many different companies and I've always been treated with courtesy. This person is far from courteous. When I waited for two months for my order that was supposed to be a Christmas gift, I tried to get order status via email. I got nothing but generic repetitive replies such as, this item was partially shipped. You can be refunded or chose something else. I replied all times, no, I want the item. Finally two weeks after Christmas after I realize I was charged I again try to get to the bottom and after going back and forth with so much run around I get a call from Nicole with insulting words and hung up on before I could reply a word. I would never recommend buying with this company!!!
