royal lighting stole my deposit, like a dirty shameless crooked thief!!!!!! New York, NY New York

i went shopping for chandeliers for my new house in NYC's Lighting Disctrict, when i was lured into the lion's den, known as Royal Lighting locate at The Bowery. Having been doted upon by the sorry-excuse-for-a-person and his snake-oil salesperson, i agreed to buy over $5,000 worth of chandeliers. Having been assured that i got a shamefully good deal, i was asked to put a deposit of 50% of the pruchse, in cash only. Needless to say, i didnt have that amount of money on me; i only had $800 on me, which like an idiot i put down. To this end, we arranged for a delivery date, and i was given all the assurances that the units will be delivered assembly-free, and ready to be hung. well, when that fateful day reared its ugly head, the driver, equally as sleazy as the owner and his scumbag sidekick, came to my house with a million boxes containing my chandeliers; each one no larger than a movie theater-sized box of cracker jacks. when i asked him how in tarnation chandeliers can fit in there, he all of the sudden forgot how to speak english. i called the owner, and he asked that i give the phone over to the driver, which i did. he then hands it back to me and tells me that he needs the bathroom. i invited him inside to use mine, but he taps his belly, as if to say, that he will need time, as he has an issue. so he gets into his rinkadink car, and drives off like a cockaroach on the run. i never got my fixtures, the tramp never retruned my call or my money (of course), and calls from my attorney were not taken seriously. this guy is dirt, with due respect to dirt, and do NOT deal with him, unless of course youre feeling charitable. he is FILTH!!!!!!!!!!

oh yeah, he also charged me for delivery. freaking SOB!!!
